I was really pleased with the rapid service I received from Apostilles Direct. I live outside the UK and needed to get a document legalised in a hurry and you were extremely diligent in getting it done. I would say though, that the quality of the scanned documents sent by email could be improved. Both times I have used you, my counterparty has had to wait for the original document to be received as the scan quality was too poor to use. Maybe the post room could look into this as this would further speed things up

Moved to Dubai recently and in the process of obtaining a residency visa. The rules had changed where i needed my university certificate authenticated but was not currently in the UK to get this sorted. When my degree got sent back from the embassy in London because my Solicitor hadn't fully signed it, the staff sent it back very quickly to my home country. The service provided by Apostilles Direct was impeccable. Prior to forwarding my certificate to them for attestation, I had done an internet search and tried contacting 3 other companies based in London. None of them replied. Not only did Apostilles Direct respond immediately showing interest in providing me a service, they did so courteously and provided me all the information I required to make an informed decision on whether or not I should proceed. Quote was pricey but job was done in a day and certificate was forwarded back to me within literally a few days of having sent it to them. I absolutely recommend Apostilles Direct.

I live and work in China and quickly needed to commence a Chinese legalization process due to a role change. Before I could commence this process the Chinese authorities required me to have my passport: 1) Notarized by a British Notary Public (in the UK) 2) Authenticated by the Legalization Office (LO) of British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (in London) 3) Authenticated by the Chinese Embassy (in London) This was all new to me and through a Google search contacted several companies that offered help. I had not heard of the requirement of apostille of documnents before. When I was aksed to formalise documents through this process, to my delight, I found Apostille Direct Service a godsend. They were professional and obviously knew their subject well. Within a reasonable time they had processed my documents, allwing me to proceed with my affairs unhindered. Their prices were in keeping with the service provided and I found no room for complaint. Having lived in the UAE for a year I had had to have various documents attested then and whilst that process went well the service you provided was altogether of a far superior quality. Having got married in the UK, and having been let down by a notary I had 24 hours in which to start the process of having my marriage certificate and husband's birth certificate attested before leaving on our honeymoon. Your member of staff (Mark) was incredibly efficient and stayed after working hours so that we could get all the details completed. He then oversaw the whole process and had the documents couriered to me on my return from honeymoon and prior to leaving for the UAE with my husband. A stressful, complex situation went exceptionally smoothly and on arrival in the UAE we have had no issues with any of the documents thanks to Mark. I have never needed to have documents attested before and so was confused by the variety of stages required in the process.
